A wall mural by Robert Edwards painted in over a week on a Flemish farm
A wall mural painted by me on a farm along Torhoutsesteenweg in Loppem, West Flanders.
I spent ten days there in the mid-1990s painting it ready for the 41st wedding anniversary of
Roger Spinnewijn and his wife (since deceased). It is on a covered section of an old barn
where this section had been rendered for this purpose.
Based on a famous Bruegel painting, the caricatured faces are those of the enlarged
Spinnewijn family with a few friends.
